Complaint on 666demoncobra666

I have a complaint on 666demoncobra666 he has been demoted for admin abuse. the reason why im complaining is that i was in a base and he was raiding me, i killed his partner, but then he flew threw a door and shot mine and my friend (=YGG= Galaxy) the door was locked but he didn't bother lock picking the door. also he has broken RP by being a donor citizen and flying on top of a building and shooting my shipment of AWP & ak-47 and stealing almost all of them leaving the rest of the guns for random people on the server to steal. so he broke RP by stealing as a donor citizen. I found him a good moderator, but whenever he gets admin he always abuses power by abusing classes/or by no-clipping witch there has been proof in the past.
